I placed an order a month and a half before Christmas and with a week and a half to go the order hadn't arrived. I emailed EuropeSpot with my concern and they sent out a replacement order with fast shipping so that it would arrive before Christmas, which it did. The original order then turned up about 3 weeks later and they told me to keep that as well.
